Course Outline

Artificial intelligence is transforming business operations, workforce management, and regulatory frameworks. For leaders in highly regulated sectors like oil and gas, understanding AI’s opportunities, risks, and governance requirements can feel overwhelming. The AI G.U.I.D.E. Program—developed in partnership with Durham College’s AI Hub and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT)—is a six-week, non-technical online executive program designed specifically for Canada’s oil and gas sector. It equips executives, managers, and board members with the knowledge and tools to make confident, responsible AI decisions without requiring coding or data science expertise.

Guided by academic and industry experts, participants will master AI governance models, ethical frameworks, data strategies, and innovation lifecycles tailored to regulated environments.
